IVAO India is extremely pleased to congratulate its division member Joel Fernandes on an extraordinary achievement.
Joel is the only division member to succesfully complete all the IVAO India division tours in 2018!. Not only that, Joel is the only member to receive the “Division Tour Expert” award TWICE in an year. Wow! Such has been his perfection that we could not recall rejecting any of his PIREPs!
